As the Lead Environment Artist for Techtonica, I worked with the Art Director and designers to shape the world’s visual style. I developed key narrative areas, designed props, and oversaw environment assets, collaborating with both internal teams and outsourcing partners. I defined sub-biomes, choosing foliage, color palettes, and lighting to create distinct environments. I also provided concept art, sculpts, and retopology for plants and assets, working with the tech team to implement them. To give the biomes a unique look, I created a set of tileable materials in Substance Designer for seamless integration into the environment.
